Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Auronix website and the engagement of Auronix for web design, development, SEO, maintenance, and custom digital solutions.
Important Notice
These terms are written to match the current public website and service flow. If a signed proposal or invoice says something different, the signed commercial terms control that specific project.
1. Use of the Website
You may browse the website, read the content, and contact Auronix for project enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with its security or availability.
2. Service Scope
Auronix provides website design, website development, ecommerce builds, SEO and performance work, maintenance, UI and UX design, branding support, and custom solutions. The exact scope for a project is defined in the approved proposal, estimate, or written agreement.
3. Project Information and Approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, brand assets, product details, and any other material needed to complete the work. Delays in approvals or missing content can move the launch date.
4. Payment Terms
100% Upfront Policy
Full payment is required before work begins unless a written proposal states otherwise. This keeps scheduling simple and lets Auronix allocate time and resources to the project from day one.
5. Revisions and Out-of-Scope Work
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately as additional work or a second phase.
6. Intellectual Property
Once the project is delivered and paid for in full, the client receives the project assets and source code created specifically for that engagement, subject to any third-party licenses, stock assets, or external services used in the build.
7. Third-Party Services
Some projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, email, analytics, payment gateways, WhatsApp, APIs, or content delivery tools. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, and availability.
8. Support and Maintenance
Support after launch is governed by the project agreement. Bug fixes caused by delivered code, content updates, and maintenance can be covered if the proposal or maintenance plan includes them. New features and structural changes are normally treated as new work.
9. Warranties and Liability
The site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. Auronix does not guarantee that the website, tools, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from future security issues. To the extent permitted by law, Auronix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
